**Empty your cup – is from the story of the monk who took a highly ‘educated’ person as his disciple. The student would argue against the teachings and the monk failed him. Angry, the student demanded to know why. The monk asked the student to pour tea into a cup .As soon the cup was filled, the student stopped. The monk insisted the tea be poured – and obviously it all spilled over.
